Golf Club House - Windaroo
In keeping with the development of the rest of the Windaroo Lake Country Club, development approvals were needed to establish a new Golf Club House within the boundaries of the estate, in the context also of related approvals for two 5 storey apartment buildings and 16 Villa Units. Overcoming various hydraulic and amenity issues, the new facility includes a restaurant, pro shop, function rooms and a conference room.
