Visy Cardboard Box + Aluminium Can Manufacturing Plant - Stapylton
This project involved the resolution of a diverse range of site and land use constraints, in order to establish a state-of-the-art cardboard box and beverage packaging plant. A detailed appreciation of State planning legislation and local planning scheme requirements facilitated a successful result in accordance with the Client's timeframes.
The creation of over 30,000m2 of factory floor space has delivered economic benefit to the South-East Queensland region by way of employment creation and investment, as well as catalysing future development in the Yatala Enterprise Area.
