Gold Coast Sports Flying Club
An existing rural landing strip was developed to maximise its potential as a recreational sports flying club, requiring approval for the change of use from rural to recreational. The facility was developed to now consist of 50 hangars, multiple landing strips to accommodate and manage increased air traffic as well as a common clubhouse for patrons.
