Car Parking Masterplan - Sanctuary Cove
Sanctuary Cove is a well established, prestigious residential estate on the Gold Coast. However, the Body Corporate identifed room for improvement with respect to existing on-street car parking provisions. This triggered an exercise which located where new half and full-width parking bays should be constructed.
With the assistance of a traffic engineer, the masterplan considered various aspects, verge widths, such as sight distances, curve radii, location of existing services, distances between driveways and road hierarchy.
