Overcoming significant acoustic challenges related to a state-controlled road, the project outcome includes 52 attached dwellings with access from a new public road adjacent to the historic Hughesville Residence. A community titling agreement using a Building Format Subdivision format with exclusive use was also achieved, allowing dwelling ownership and access to community facilities including swimming pool, gazebo and bbq area
