Quartpot Creek Development - Stanthorpe
In order to help overcome a housing shortage in Stanthorpe, this new park residential estate developed for acreage living was a welcomed addition to the area. Located on greenfield land and straddling Quartpot Creek, environmental issues were of main concern to ensure endangered species of flora and fauna were protected post-development.
