Petrie House - Brisbane
Activation of the streetscape and a higher standard of urban design were the results in the redevelopment of an office building opposite the historic Police Barracks in Petrie Terrace.
The cafe's position adjacent an established residential precinct generated the need to manage potential noise and lighting from the development.
