Open Space Management Plan - Yatala
The broad aim of this Open Space Management Plan was to provide Council with confidence that a proposed Open Space Park Area fronting the Albert River in Yatala would function appropriately in the context of a new warehouse building, whilst simultaneously meeting Council requirements for ongoing operation. The plan was highly detailed and incorporated the following elements:
- Rehabilitation Plan;
- Vegetation Management Plan;
- Fauna Management Plan;
- Landscape Plan;
- Erosion and Sediment Control Plan;
- Bushfire Management Plan;
- Stormwater Management Treatments;
- Access Plan;
- Construction Phase Site Plan;
- Bill of Quantities;
- Quality of Open Space; and
- Code Compliance Review.
