John Flynn Hospital - Tugun
Through the provision of new consulting suites, a physical rehabilitation centre and a tertiary education facility for Bond University, this project involved value-adding to a major private health facility. The planning application called for the a rationalisation of the needs and uses for the internal refurbishment of multi-level Fred Mackay House. Challenges were also faced to ensure the alleviation of existing parking constraints on site.
