Gary Couchman
Associate & Surveying Services Manager
Completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Surveying from the Queensland Institute of Technology in 1981, Gary became licensed to carry out cadastral surveys with the Surveyors Board of Queensland in 1987.
Since graduating, Gary has built up a wealth of experience in surveying and management in his different appointments, starting his career in a small country-based practice in Beaudesert before moving to a medium-sized practice within Brisbane’s CBD.
In 1995, Gary joined Gassman Development Perspectives, bringing to the company his excellent technical skills, as well as his eye for detail in relation to Quality Control. As both an Associate of the firm, and Surveying Services Manager, he currently manages all of the surveying operations of Gassman Development Perspectives, and is responsible for the continued high quality of all survey-related plans to leave the office.
Gary has a thorough understanding of the Queensland Land Titling System. He is called on to give clients up-to-date advice on the best way to achieve their aims in all forms of subdivision; from simple one into two reconfigurations, through to complex mixed use Community Title Projects.
