Emerald Lakes - Carrara
The creation of a multi-layered community management scheme was required to solve issues of convenient access, maintenance and multi-level living arrangements. Seamless integration of the multi-use areas of this master-planned community of 1800 homes built around a recreational lake was achieved through the solving of flood issues and with significant focused hydraulic and earthwork design.
