Echo Valley - Canungra
In an area previously used primarily as a hang-gliding landing pad, this site was designed to become a large rural-residential development at the base of the Tamborine Range.
In addition to matters of hydraulics, land incline and stability and convenient access routes, the development of the site needed to take the proximity of protected land into account, and solve any interface concerns. For the community, a dedicated hang-gliding landing was established.
