Senior Town Planner

Gaining a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning with Honours from the University of Queensland in 2003, David achieved a distinction for his final year of advanced planning study, which dealt with the effect of urban form on the productivity of regional transport corridors. David is a graduate member of the Planning Institute of Australia.

 

David joined Gassman Development Perspectives in 2003, and as a Senior Town Planner, he has been actively involved with a broad range of projects throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. His key capabilities include the preparation and management of development applications, strategic land use planning and feasibility reports. David is also responsible for providing planning advice to clients.

 

Prior to his work with Gassman, David was employed in the public sector, where he was involved in development assessment and the preparation of the IPA compliant planning scheme for Toowoomba City.
