Clutha Creek Sands - Tamborine
The goals of this project were to achieve an extension on the existing operational period for sand mining, as well as adding further value to the site. This was achieved through planning approvals to establish a concrete batching plant in the midst of the available resource. Given the proximity to the proposed Yarrabilba township, as well the impact on a state-controlled road, this development had to be handled sensitively.
