Centra Park - Yatala
Centra Park covers an area of 14 hectares of strategically positioned industrial-zoned land in the Yatala Enterprise Area. This subdivision project involved the development of 68 separate industrial lots over four stages within easy reach of the Pacific Motorway. Vegetation buffers focussed to protect nearby residential areas and a local creek system were also implemented. Overall, this project brings much needed industrial opportunities to meet the demands of small and large scale enterprises.
