Brian Gassman
Completing his initial tertiary studies at Queensland University of Technology in 1979, Brian became a Licensed Surveyor in 1984. Working for one of Queensland’s largest surveying practices, he grew disillusioned with the method of work and the culture created within the bigger firms, resulting in a decision to form his own practice. Gassman & Associates was formed in 1985 and has since grown to service major projects in the Logan and Gold Coast region, with significant coverage in regional Queensland as well.
Over the last 22 years in business, Brian has earned many loyal and satisfied clients, and has also made a commitment to supporting the wider community. He has been a member of various Council committees including the Yatala Enterprise Area and the Beenleigh Redevelopment Committee, as well as chairing the Commonwealth Government Area Consultative Committee for the Beenleigh/Gold Coast region for four years.
Re-launched in 2005 as Gassman Development Perspectives, Brian’s firm continues to espouse the values of good service, a family-oriented work environment and high professionalism, which are of utmost importance to him and his staff.
