BRENDON WALKINSHAW
Student Town Planner
Brendon joined Gassman Development Perspectives in November 2006 as a Student Town Planner. He has a background in the legal industry, having practiced as a solicitor in New South Wales and Queensland for over 3 years. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and has obtained post-graduate legal qualifications from the College of Law New South Wales. As a practising solicitor, Brendon performed work predominantly in the areas of commercial and property law, however he also has a background in civil litigation, criminal law and estate planning.
Brendon has elected to 'jump' professions in order to pursue a long-standing interest in Town Planning. He has commenced post-graduate qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning and will complete his studies whilst working full-time at Gassman Development Perspectives.
Outside of work Brendon enjoys supporting and (occasionally) playing rugby, as well as spending time with his young family.
