Beenleigh PCYC + Rugby Union Clubhouse
This project included gaining planning approvals to redevelop the existing Beenleigh Rugby Union Clubhouse, which is located on Council parkland, and is accessed from a state-controlled road. The Beenleigh PCYC Pulse Entertainment Centre expansion required tenure negotiations with state and local government. It was also highly important to liase directly with the different community groups involved, including the youth and senior citizens and members of the sporting community, in order to plan for facilities that would represent their needs.
