Access Business Park
This subdivision project involved the development of 56 separate industrial lots, plus additional parkland, on strategically positioned land between the Gold Coast Railway corridor and the Albert River, straddling the Pacific Motorway.
As well as resolving hydraulic and water quality issues and managing subsequent planning approvals for end uses, there have been significant changes to the surrounding public road network to integrate with development, creating a thriving industrial and commercial hub for the region.
